What to Do Next
Step 1: Log Into Your Account
Use the email you provided during checkout to log in:
Tip: If you haven’t created your password yet, check your inbox for an email titled “Set Your Password for JB Communications.” Be sure to check your spam or junk emails just in case.
Step 2: Access Your Team Dashboard
After logging in, visit your Group Management Dashboard to:
- View your group name and seat count
- Add users one at a time or via CSV upload
- Track team progress in real time
Step 3: Add Your Team Members
Click “Add User” or “Upload Users” to assign seats to your firefighters. Each user will receive a welcome email with their login info.
Step 4: Monitor Progress
Use your dashboard to:
- See who has started or completed the course
- Reassign seats if needed
- Export training records for your department
